Counseling is available in eight languages

At the consultation center we provide counseling about laws, working conditions, marriage, education and other daily life issues.

Consultation is available in English, Chinese, Portuguese, Thai, Tagalog, Spanish, Korean and Indonesian. Counseling is absolutely free and confidential.

We also offer free counseling with a lawyer for those who are needing legal advice. These meetings are available twice a month (Reservations are required.)

Free legal consultation by lawyers
photo The Foreign Consultation Center provides free legal consultation with a lawyer twice a month. This service is for people who have recieved counselling at the Foreign Consultation Center but who's problems requires the expertise of a lawyer to solve.

The venue is in the Consultation Room of the Office of the Ibaraki International Exchange Association in Mito city.（map）.
The free legal consultation requires a reservation in advance.
Please consult with the Consultation Center about your problem first.
