Consultation for Foreigners

Ibaraki-ken Kokusai Koryu Kyokai (Ibaraki International Association) “Foreigner Consultation Center” At the “Foreigner Consultation Center” of the Ibaraki International Association, we not only help foreigners with questions and life issues, we also help people living in Ibaraki

Prefecture hire foreigners. We are available to help you via an in-person interview, a telephone call, letter, etc. Our service is free of charge and confidential.
★Consultation Subjects	Legal, Residence, Work, Medical, Education, Marriage, and other general living matters.
★Office Hours	9:00am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-4:30pm
★Available Languages	Consultations are available in English, Portuguese, Chinese, Thai, Tagalog, and Japanese Languages. (Consultations also are available as needed in Spanish, Persian, Korean, and Indonesian)
★Lawyer Consultation	Free consultation with a lawyer is available twice a month (by appointment). Lawyers are provided by the Ibaraki Prefecture Bar Association.
