Health Handbook for Children

This Health Handbook is a tool to help children develop healthy habits.

Proper habits that are acquired in childhood help children’s health in the future. Parents, doctors, schools can also fill in this handbook and support children’s health.There are 3 versions of this handbook: English, Chinese and Portuguese. Each version of this handbook is bilingual, containing also the Japanese version. You can access the handbook by downloading a digital copy.

This handbook has been created in cooperation with the Ibaraki Prefectural Government and principals and staff of Ibaraki’s Brazilian schools.
